A LONG HISTORY IN BUILDING
 This
year we will celebrate since 1970 (38years) as a registered builder
in Townsville, testimony to our company's staying power in a highly
competitive market.
Townsville born-and-bred, John did a portion of his apprenticeship
on one of Townsville's most "high-profile" buildings,
the Aquarius on The Strand.
Our Company has been building homes and commercial buildings in
the region since 1970. With such a long history in the building
industry we have the experience to build your dream home or the
future spec homes and will guarantee satisfaction.
The business is known for its broad variety of constructions,
which have, over the years, included school buildings, resort buildings
at the Orpheus Island Resort and some large projects in Papua New
Guinea.
In recent years, we have overseen the construction of many homes
in the growth areas of the Twin Cities- Annandale and Kirwan. We
make a point of overseeing each construction and can often be found
on the building site ensuring everything is done correctly.
Because we have built primarily in the twin Cities region we know
the needs of home owners and business operations when it comes to
design and fully understand the necessity to use prevailing breezes
and know how hot buildings can become in our northern summers.
 Clients
are welcome to choose from one of many designs on offer or have
the opportunity to have as much input into the design, as they desire.
Our business catch cry is - NO HIDDEN COSTS, and we always ensure
the building process is hassle-free for the client.
McArthur Constructions now build out between 20 - 30 quality homes
each year plus selected commercial work and extensions.
